The short version

neoswave.com does not set any cookies. We do not use cookies to identify you, to track you across sites, or to measure how you use this website. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What this site does load from third parties

For the page you are reading to work and look the way it does, your browser loads a small number of resources from third-party hosts. None of them set cookies in your browser on neoswave.com.

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — we use Google Fonts to load the typefaces this site is set in. Google Fonts is designed not to set cookies and does not log identifiable user information for this use; your IP address is processed by Google solely to deliver the font files. See Google Fonts and privacy.
• ElevenLabs voice SDK (loaded from esm.sh) — this loads only when you actively click to start a conversation with the voice agent. If you never click the microphone, the SDK is not loaded. When it is loaded, it operates a real-time audio session for the duration of the call; no cookies are set on neoswave.com.

If you start a voice conversation

If you choose to talk to the voice agent on this site, audio you speak is processed in real time by our conversational AI and voice infrastructure for the purpose of running that conversation. This is described in our Privacy Notice under “AI-powered service operations”. Starting a voice conversation is always an explicit choice you make; nothing audio-related happens until you click.

What about analytics?

We do not currently run analytics on this website. We do not use Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, Hotjar, Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or marketing tracker. If that changes in future we will update this page first and, where required, add a consent mechanism.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard short-lived server access logs (such as the requesting IP address and the URL requested) for the technical operation and security of the site. These logs are not cookies, are not used to build a profile of you, and are kept only as long as needed for operational and security purposes.

Your browser controls

Because this site does not set cookies, there is nothing here for you to clear or block. If you wish to control cookies in general, you can do so through your browser’s privacy settings; most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or clear cookies on exit.
