Standard Terms of Business

Every Neos Wave engagement is governed by our Master Services Agreement (MSA) — the same terms for every client — together with a Statement of Work (SOW) that sets out the scope, price, service levels and people for your specific engagement.

We publish the MSA openly and version it. Every superseded version stays archived and linked at the bottom of that page, so you can always retrieve the exact text you agreed to.
